Registration
Saratoga Capital Advisors, LLC is a commodity trading advisor registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and a Member of the National Futures Association (NFA ID 0578068). The firm’s registration record, listed principals, and registered associated persons may be reviewed on NFA BASIC.
Scope of this website
This website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any interest in any fund, separately managed account, or other vehicle, and it is not a recommendation of any investment or trading strategy. Any such offer, if made, will be made only by means of definitive offering documents and an executed advisory agreement.
Eligibility
The Tactical Alpha Futures Program is offered exclusively to Qualified Eligible Persons as defined in CFTC Regulation 4.7, through separately managed accounts. Pursuant to an exemption from the CFTC available in connection with accounts of Qualified Eligible Persons, program materials are not required to be, and have not been, filed with the Commission. The CFTC does not pass upon the merits of participating in a trading program or upon the adequacy or accuracy of commodity trading advisor disclosure.
Risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage that is obtainable in futures trading can work against an investor as well as for an investor. An investor could lose more than their initial investment in a futures account. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Performance information
No performance information is presented on this website. Program materials furnished to Qualified Eligible Persons may include performance information, including hypothetical performance, together with the disclosures required by NFA rules. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, and no representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown in any such materials.
Status of the program
The Tactical Alpha Futures Program is pre-launch. The firm is accepting inquiries from Qualified Eligible Persons; client accounts have not yet commenced trading under the program.
